The vision was simple but ambitious: empower every employee with AI.

Working closely with leadership, we identified high-value employee workflows, designed a future-state architecture for enterprise AI assistants, established governance principles, and created a pragmatic roadmap for moving from experimentation to production.

Traditional marketplaces help users search, compare, and contact sellers. The hard work of trust, pricing, financing, fulfilment, and transaction confidence is still left to people.

We helped reimagine a used commercial vehicle marketplace as an AI-native product and technology platform — where intelligence is embedded across discovery, decision-making, seller workflows, buyer journeys, and post-purchase support.

The engagement spanned business model design, product strategy, solution architecture, experience design, AI workflow design, marketing strategy, and operating model development.
