Privacy policy
This page is maintained by Anfiniti Consulting LLP ("Anfiniti", "we", "us") to explain what personal information we collect through anfiniticonsulting.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We're a small advisory firm — this policy is written in the same plain language we use with our clients.
Who we are
Anfiniti Consulting LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India. We advise enterprises on AI-Native transformation. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at ravi@anfiniticonsulting.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share with us:
- Contact form details — your name, work email, company, the pathway you're interested in, and the message you write.
- Email correspondence — anything you send us directly.
- Basic technical logs — standard request logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) generated by our hosting provider so the site stays online and secure.
We don't run advertising trackers, sell your data, or build behavioral profiles.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it makes sense, to scope a piece of work together.
- To send occasional follow-ups you'd reasonably expect after reaching out (e.g. a proposal, a scheduling link).
- To keep the site working, secure, and accurate.
We rely on your consent (when you submit the contact form) and on our legitimate interest in running a professional services business.
Who processes it with us
We use a small number of trusted vendors to actually run the website and communicate with you. Today that includes:
- Our website hosting and backend provider (for site delivery, database, and form handling).
- Our transactional email provider (for sending the notification email when you fill in the contact form).
- Google Workspace (for the mailbox that receives your enquiry).
These vendors act on our instructions and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as there's an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship, and then archived or deleted. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. If you want your information removed sooner, just email us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, India's DPDP Act, CCPA, and similar laws) you can ask us to:
- See what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete it, or restrict what we do with it.
- Withdraw consent for future communications.
Send any such request to ravi@anfiniticonsulting.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time, usually inside 30 days.
International transfers
Our vendors may process data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those vendors provide (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to keep your information protected.
Security
We keep our stack simple and use reputable providers with encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but if we ever discover an incident that affects your information, we'll tell you and the relevant authorities as required.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, mention it on the site. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
