Your next step in product starts with a conversation.
Free, one-to-one mentoring with Ravi Padaki. Breaking into product management — or finding your footing early in your career — can feel overwhelming. Sometimes, a conversation with someone who has been there can help you see your next step more clearly.

I'm setting aside one 45-minute session each week for aspiring and early-career product managers, anywhere in the world. This opportunity is especially intended for people who don't have easy access to experienced mentors or paid coaching.
No fee. Just bring your curiosity, preparation, and willingness to act.
Bring one specific question or challenge.
- Exploring whether product management is right for you.
- Transitioning into product from another role.
- Strengthening your product thinking and decision-making.
- Getting feedback on a product case study or portfolio.
- Navigating a challenge in your first product role.
- Understanding how AI is changing product management.
The aim is to leave with greater clarity and a practical next step.

I'm Ravi Padaki, a product and AI leader with more than 25 years of experience, including roles at Yahoo and HP. I'm also an ICF ACC coach and NASSCOM mentor.
I've benefited from people who shared their experience generously. This is one way I'd like to do the same.
Before we meet, please share a short introduction, your main question, and what you've already tried. If you'd like feedback on a portfolio or case study, send the relevant link in advance.
Choose one topic we can meaningfully explore in 45 minutes. Join on time from a quiet place with a reliable connection, and bring something to take notes.
These sessions are offered in good faith. Please respect the time and the opportunity.
Book only if you intend to attend.
If your plans change, cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead whenever possible so someone else can use the slot. Emergencies happen; please communicate as soon as you can.
This is mentoring, not a placement service.
Career direction and interview preparation are welcome topics. Requests to secure a job, arrange interviews, provide referrals, or introduce you to hiring managers are outside the session's scope.
No sales pitches or solicitation.
Please don't book to sell products or services, recruit, raise funds, promote schemes, or seek business introductions.
One session per person initially.
Please avoid duplicate or recurring bookings unless we agree on a follow-up.
Come prepared and participate respectfully.
Bring an honest question and be open to discussion. Please don't share confidential employer, customer, or personal information belonging to others. Recording requires mutual permission.
Bookings outside the purpose of this initiative may be declined. Unexplained no-shows or misuse may result in future bookings being declined.
One person. One focused conversation. One step forward.
You don't need a polished résumé or a prestigious background. You do need a sincere interest in product management and a willingness to learn.
If no slots are available, please check back. Availability is limited to one session per week.
